Our Services

1. Au Pair & Demi Pair

Au Pair A French derivative and implies “equal with”. Au Pairs are international applicants who live with an Australian family as part of a cultural experience. Au Pairs are treated as part of the family with own room and all meals provided. All Au Pair applicants will have childcare experience and are willing to assist with light day to day domestic chores. Both the family and au pair can benefit from the cultural experience. Au Pairs in Australia are very popular – families can benefit from having children cared for in their own home, children collected from school/kindergarten, or just another pair of willing hands during busy periods in the family home. You structure the au pair’s responsibilities and duties to fit with your families needs. Au Pairswork a minimum of 30 hours per week to a maximum of 50 hours, or anything in between. The working hours can be split between morings and afternoons or full days. Au Pairs generally like to be free on weekends but babysitting can be negotiated. Some au pair applicants may be formally qualified in caring for babies, however it is not advisable to leave babies in sole charge of unqualified childcarers. A weekly allowance is given to an au pair of $7 – $8 per hour with a minimum of 30 hours per week. Demi Pair A demi pair (half au pair) is an International applicant who is studying whilst Au Pair in Australia. They must attend classes in the day or evening. They are generally available early morning or late afternoon. Demi Pairs work less hours then an au pair, between 15-20 hours per week. Applicants are already Au Pair in Australia and are interviewed in our Au Pair Sydney city office. Salaries $8 per hour live-in.

2. Nanny

A nanny will be qualified or heavily experienced. A nanny cares for your children, sole charge, in the family home. Nannies are available live-in or live-out, part or full time. Nannies will also assist with domestic duties for the children and general family areas. Nannies will provide both police and driving records on request. Nannies will have a First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain Au Pair in Australia. All applicants are already in Australia and personally interviewed in our Sydney City office. Salaries depend on age, experience and job description. Live-in $12 per hour. Live-out $18-$20 per hour.

3. Mothers Help

Mother’s Helpers are not as experienced as a nanny but keen and motivated to assist a family with childcare and general household duties. Suitable for after school care, assisting mum in busy periods or general help around the home. All applicants are already in Australia and personally interviewed in our Sydney City office. Salaries depend on experience and duties involved. Live-out $15-$18 per hour. Minimum hours 4 per day.
